Overview
With a theoretical and practical approach, the Speech and Language Therapy course combines lectures, case studies, supervised placements and research projects to provide an active, dynamic and comprehensive learning experience. Students have the opportunity to explore different areas of speech and language therapy intervention, such as communication, oral and written language disorders, voice, speech, swallowing and orofacial motor skills, and to develop competencies in working with vulnerable populations with specific needs, such as people with acquired neurological disorders or learning difficulties.
The applications for public higher education are made annually through national call and/or special contests.
